Delivery Time

Each product page displays "ships within" information. This is the estimated time (actual time may vary) from order placement until the product is dispatched from our warehouse. 30-day return policy

We value our relationship with you and provide a return policy for most products you purchase directly from the garsumlabs.com website.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days after receiving it for exchange or refund of the full cost of the product. We aim to start a green life with everyone.

The returned product should remain in its original condition and packaging, and you need to prepay 1/2 the shipping cost. At the same time, we will return you a corresponding refund within three days after receiving the goods. Certain items may have additional warranty restrictions. If your return is due to any of the following reasons, we will refund the shipping cost:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item is damaged when it arrives
